Well stocked and fresh baked products. Clothing section as well. A decent selection of wines and vegetables. The meat was soft and tender with a wide variety from lamb, pork, chicken, beef..... Teller was friendly and helpful.

Great store with a large selection. Unfortunately, the area attracts a lot of unsavory people from beggars to Karens and Kyles which ultimately make shopping here a miserable experience

The usual chaos, confused and demotivated staff that we have grown to accept in the centurion area.Is this the slowest pick n pay ever? 2 tills. Epic queue. Even more amazing considering that there are like 3 customers actually shopping.Unmasked beggar harassing people at the entrance WITHIN the store. Security blamed the managed. Manager said it was securitys role. Clearly he is not managing at all.

Provide good service and neat shop

Service here was horrendous. I took out 2 bottles of coke and went to the basket tellers only for them to tell me to go to the cigarette counter.I then realized I had 1 wrong coke as they mixed up the normal coke and sugar free cokes, so the cigarette counter also tells me to go and swap it at some other fridge.I just dropped those cokes and left. Cant/wont give even my 2c to this kind of store.

09:00 open time is clearly operational as staff only arrived at 09:00 And left numerous cues at the door as the are cleaning. I saw most potential customers just leave.. shocking they clearly do not need the support and business

This is a good pick and pay, the quality of the fresh goods is very attractive. They have a good stock level and they dont run out often. The only down side to this store is the fact that the queue is mostly a bit on the long side. But really worth your while.. also ample parking available but no covered parking though

Excellent layout and great variety

Went to shop this Sunday (today) at 14h00 to find is closes an hour earlier at 14h00 although the web site says that it is open until 15h00. I was turned away. Very annoying.,

Terribly unclean. Dingy. Foods, especially fresh fruit and veg, are mostly past expiration and sell by date. Untidy. Staff are friendly. Security can be nasty.

Terrible. Avoid. None of the special offers marked on the shelves are honoured at the pay points. I dont have bandwidth to manage such menial and petty advertising dishonesty. Its criminal. I wont be back.

Only 4 tills open during Sat peak hours.......... Not acceptable.

Dont expect to quickly pop in for bread. One of the slowest paypoints you will experience. Ever. Staff stand around in bunches, while customers wait for the 3 open tills to process your trolley.There are 20 or 30 tills, but Ive seen only ever seen 5 open. The express queue have 5 tills, which are at most 2 open, sometimes not even.

Service could be much better. A lot to learn from other PnP stores and the competition.

Pick n Pay same old same old. Seldom enough cashiers, usually wait too long to pay. Go there if its convenient only.

If you say the bottle store opens at 9am, then open at 9am. It’s called store trading times for a reason. Respect my time as now I’m having to wait for you to give you my money!

One of the large grocery chains in South Africa. Great bakery and deli with some good selections. Loads of parking and decent access.

Would have given 5 stars if restrooms could be found easily.

This is a small liqour store and whilst there is limited choice it is a great place for a quick visit. Reasonably priced and staff is helpful.

Recently revamped. Great shopping experience. Adequate parking.

The Pick n Pay is on my way home from work, but I have found that the shelves are often empty, especially with fresh produce. I would rather visit another Pick n Pay altogether than always having to make additional stops on the way home just to get everything on my list.

If I could give minus stars I would. Stood in the queue for more than 20 minutes to pay, just to be told that they are off line and I cannot use my cards. Please warn us before the time, that we will be wasting our time in this shop!

Terrible service. People behind the pap and vleis counter ignoring customers and having their own high volume conversation. Then get to the line at the till and wait over 10 minutes to pay as there are only 2 tills open and the line is very long. Bad bad customer service...makes me want to go somewhere else. Will talk to Kobus Kuyler about this at our next meeting.
