Absolutely disappointing & 0% trust in ability to maintain my vehicle. Brake pads completely incorrectly re-installed after brake fluid flush. 2nd time issues with maintenance of brakes. Made an arrangement to come in after work, told to be there before 16:30, was there 16:06. No one & not even a call. When I made a special effort to be there.

Visited with a friend who wished to test drive the new BMW. The premises are clean and has a nice layout. The sales people were friendly and were able to answer all queries. Will definitely consider this dealership if I consider purchasing a BMW in the near future.

My car was booked in for a service Friday, today is Tuesday.I struggled for hours to get hold of Shannon in the service department (apparently only person in services).Both Shannon and Henry never phoned me back, after I’ve requested and/or they said they’ll get back to me.Upon collection there was a dirty polystyrene cup (coffee) in my car, while I myself don’t even drink or eat in my car.I won’t even go into the details of them quoting me for “repairs” that they aren’t even sure of...

Dont like this place. There are one or two very nice people but then you have super arrogant and nasty people around them.

Shannin is on too of the game when booking and taking your Mini for a service. Even got a coffee while waiting for the driver to take me to work

Changed my review from 4 to 5 stars, after my second visit (First visit I did not receive the service I expected, it wasnt bad however). Exceptional service second time around, they are however slightly more expensive than other BMW/Mini dealers.
