We are aerial drone photography company, and have recently bought a new projector for our sales pitches that we need in HD, our older model which is not HD but a 1080 which is pretty good for household use, adverts flood the tv of cash crusaders for selling unwanted goods, the older projector with only 14 hours lamp time that I took to this store,where the staff could not even get into the settings where the hours can be read, after I showed then the incompetent female manager tells me the total hours on the new lamp is the total hours that the lamps has worked for even after showing her the lamp was changed as per info on the unit, I personally bought the new lamp before lockdown and got it installed, will not be taking any UNWANTED GOODS there again.

The manager at Cash Crusaders Blu Valley is rude. Deliberately delaying to refund us for a product sold to us that wasnt working. Very disheartening to get such service

Zaza sold us a faulty tester and encounter incompetent staff, no telephone manners, very very rude manager and empty promises, they oe us R 999 for sold us faulty goods and just gave one excuse after the other to not refund our money. There was one person who actually did what he say, Wellington, but since then he disappeared and is just never at work when I try to contact him. Out of pure frustration I have put in a complaint with Cah Crusaders head office, I hope we will get help from them. Very bad service
