The petrol station is well-equipped with quite a number of refill points however we passed by at the peak of the holiday season and had to wait in the queue to be able to fill up with diesel.In the reviews Ive seen people complaining about their ablutions facilities.I have posted a picture of one of the broken units although clean the ablution facilities do need some urgent attention and refurbishment.The remainder of the centre is really up to standard and in fact at a very new and modern look.

Stop at this station almost daily. Made a point of stopping there just because of how friendly the staff both in and out of the shop were. Unfortunately, they have been overrun by aggressive car cleaning salesmen that try to sell you a bottle of car cleaner for R500. I can handle a day or two but they are there every day now and I cant stop there without spending 5 minutes trying to explain to a guy why I dont need it. I go there for a quick stop on a busy day and the friendly staff made it so pleasant. Now every step is tracked by a car cleaning salesmen. Sadly I am now looking for a place where I can avoid the ordeal

If you’re looking for exorbitant prices in the shop, bad service from the Wimpy or dirty toilets - you have come to the right place. Plus there are all sorts of pushy people trying to sell you something in the car park. Not a pleasant experience at all.UPDATE: I did contact them using the email address they provided in their response. Did not get any reply. They clearly dont value my support.

Currently having a bad experience with this station, we stopped to fill in yesterday and did not take notice of the billing receipt wen we left, receipt says Diesel but our car is petrol, now we having a problem with the carif we can have the contact number of senior management, as the supervisor said she will call me back n its been a while now and she has not, Im stressed, anyone can share details?Thanking you in advance

Its easy accesable from N3.

Decent pies. Relatively clean toilets. Clean shop. Average Covid protocols enforced. Saw staff standing at the entrance checking and asking customers to sanitize when entering. Then saw no staff at entrance anx customers entering without sanitizing. Expensive coffee and food. Feels relatively safe. Average to slightly above average stop on the N3 toll route South bound. Note: try to never stop at BP Oasis North bound ever again.

Worst service ever. After a long wait we were told there are no chips as there is a problem with their fryer. We still waited another while before the dry and pale good arrived. I will never stop at this garage again no matter how hungry l am.

Stopped by late at night and it seemed clean and bright. Service is good and there is a well stocked convenience store and clean accessible rest rooms. The place is nicely located between Pietermaritzburg and Durban and well sign posted. Petrol and diesel available here

Its a good place for drivers to take a rest and grab some rehydration. There are good light food options. The rest rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly and efficient.

Good place to fill up on your way to Durban. They have a good in-store selection of products. There is also a wimpy. If ordering at wimpy, do ensure that it is as described before ordering

Nice clean place to stop on a long journey

The staff of the 1 stop on the N3 west bound outlet, in the fast food and coffee counters, deliberately ignore customers who are not black African in origin, and speak loudly to each other, no serving gloves were evident, and their hygiene practice is questionable, in that they pick the food from the heated cabinets with bare hands. this outlet needs serious attention, and the visitor tourists from overseas who were with me at the time, were obliged to wait for coffee for twenty minutes, even though the counters were not busy.As a result we turned around at the nearest opportunity, and went back to the North Coast to get service. A shocking place. my advice, stock up in PMB or Durban and boycott this type of service BP is not representative of our Country.

The wimpy’s service was terrible and we had to change our order several times because most of the things on the menu were not available. You could se straight through the kitchen and while we were waiting for our food , there was absolutely no one in the kitchen. We waited for half an hour and when we finally complained, they only started making our food.

A well maintained petrol station with an acceptably sized shop and a wimpy adjacent to it. It provides what is necessary for it function: Petrol pumps, parking, place to rest and recuperate, food and bathrooms. Only negative was the shop wasnt very well stocked during my stop over so that was the only negative

Wimpy coffee and food was cold or lukewarm. Service could have been a bit more efficient. Ladies bathroom had broken toilet seats but mostly clean and neat.
