Shop is wel stocked and owner knows his products. Staff are helpful but need application training and the cashiers need to more polite to customers

Very reliable service convient and well trained staff they work very quickly and provide a satisfactory service on a good day they spmetimes offer discounts when buying in bulk. They are a wellmanaged premium material providers with an outstanding instore delivery system

Owners wife and sons are rude! Staff are not properly trained or helpful most times.Always alot of litter everywhere and dont feel safe at all, parking is also not safe!

Had faulty spray paint from Glue devil and I didnt take my slip. The manager helped me as he knew I bought it there and he made sure the replacement worked thank you.

Its very crowded outside this store, not sure why there r so many folk hanging around. Otherwise this is our go to store for our hardware needs.

Excellent friendly helpful staff member on the floor, always engaging, knowledgable and ready to assist. I live near the Build it in Hillcrest and still choose to use this Cato Ridge branch due to their good quality service.
