They can improve by indicating the words one more lane ahead instead of more lanes ahead while theres actually one lane.

They dont help customer if tag isnt sending just watching you reversing ultra heavy vehicle with traffic, same to nyl plaza and kranskop is worse

Will never give a good rating as one have to paid a ridiculous amount to go through the toll gates.

Excellent service during normal traveling times, but this Easter Weekend was worst.

For some weird reason, I always find this toll plaza full.

It is a goverent institution made with the explicit purpose to siphon more money from tax payers. Worst about this particular visit was that it was slooow with some clever people without etags hogging the etag only lanes

Standard toll gate with sufficient boots for most days. Can be very busy sometimes especially weekends.

After paying,you feel like you can release the Michael Schumacher in you..but noo. Speed limit is still 120km/h. No autobahn in Mzansi!😁

Always 10 minute queues on weekends! Rather avoid Carousel tollgate costing R56 and use Pienaarsrivier offramp(free) and Murrayhill offramp costing R11. Only 10 minutes extra and 2 km further. Not only do you save money, but you also save time if there is a 10 minute queue for Carousel toll gate, like on Fridays & Sundays. Saves me R90 every week. Saves R360 per month because I use this route 4 weekends per month. Saves R4000 per year not paying Carousel toll fees. Everyone should boycott Carousel toll gate by avoiding it. I never have traffic jams going thru Hammanskraal. Carousel tollgate is more expensive than Gauteng e-Tolls per km. R56 toll fee is highway robbery in 2019!

Didnt wait to long for assistance very quick and efficient service

Tollgates usually have trouble with this now and again but this place takes the cake. They never seem to run out of people who double swipe my card and then blatantly steal the money for themselves! Every secord time i pass through their gate i have to argue with their staff about their corruption and defiance and in front of their manager they just deny it flat out. I drive around them now. I dont need this kind of thievery in my life.

Why are there NO traffic officials sorting out the lack of driving abilities and capabilities of the taxi drivers creating 3 extra traffic lanes??? Blows my mind

This tollgate swipes stolen cancelled debit cards from truck drivers. Im sure they are working in a syndicate.

Its a toll gate:), its also supports etags and on normal days theres barely traffic. During public holidays the toll gate is packed to the rafters.

This toll plaza is well set. Tag user benefit on the carousel plaza.
