This guest house is like a little oasis in the desert. Not only have I had a beautifull nights rest,we had service with a smile,the friendliest people,most helpfull and we enjoyed every minite we were there. Comfey beds with the option of having two 3/4 beds or a King size and then there is a sleeper couch for a third person if so needed. They have a little bar fridge,a microwave,coffee,tea,sugar and rusks. Cutlery and plates. A nice big bathroom with huge shower and fresh towels. Duvets and pillows. But it is so hot in that area you will just crash on top of the bed. They have a aircon inside the room so you can stay cool throuhout the dy and night. Everything is neat and clean. There is a braaI area and some private seating for you to enjoy some quiet time. They even allowed my doggies to stay inside the room. I used my own dog blankets en bedding. The dogs was allowed to roam on the property with the owners dogs being behind an enclosed area themselves. This place is affordble and a real safe haven for all who feel the need to have a place to sleep after the long and tired trip through the Karoo. They have a brochure with all sorts of interesting facts about Carnavon and surroundings and what there is to do. Close by is the Meerkat satelite station.
