Thank you to Debonairs Carletonville staff who were so caring towards my Colleague and myself after a long and exhausting day preparing for a COVID-19 and Health and Safety audit at work. Much appreciated.

I placed my online order 16:50, by 18:10 it still wasnt delivered, called them, only to be told they are backed up, when the order eventually came, it was INCORRECT and he had to return to the pick up the rest. VERY DISSAPOINTED,not very professional.

I ordered 2x pizzas come delivery only one was delivered, though I received 2 smses confirmition. This is not how you should treat your customers. Im calling back for oder inquiries suddenly youre experiencing high call volume.

This place has a horrible delivery system. I ordered my food as 16:40 and still I have not gotten my food. 2 star the food is nice buy the delivery pisses me of😡😠😠😡

This is the third time I place an order and its not delivered, with no explanation of what is happening. Yet the order was received. This is a very bad service, I have kids and plan meals. To wait for debonairs to deliver and surprisingly not get the delivery when you call back after an hour and half (as you were told the order will take an hour) then the shop is closed or no one is answering.

We have ordered pizza and waiting for an hour and a half and now its closed and we dont still have our pizza

We had an extremely bad experience with Debonairs Carletonville Saturday 27/02/21. I phoned 13:49 to order. Sms confirmation of our order 13:54. 15:44 I phoned to enquire about out order. The Manager said he will investigate and give me a call. 16:19 I phoned again,no pizza or call from the Manager, my call was transferred to the Manager - no reply. I phoned again, still no reply from the Manager. 16:23 I phoned again and asked why should my airtime be wasted as this is their mistake. The Lady said the Manager will return my call in 10 minutes. Then we heard the pizza delivery scooter. I was upset, but still polite and paid without checking our order. I gave the kids their pizza and they commented on the state of their pizza boxes. When I opened our boxes it was disgusting. It looked like our pizzas were severly burned. We immediately went to Debonairs and asked to see the Manager. I also showed the customers in Debonairs the pizzas and they couldnt believe it either. Then I requested a refund and the Manager gave me a refund for the 2 pizzas without an explanation or apology for the late and disgusting pizzas or for the fact that he never phoned me!!!!! I find this completely unacceptable!!!!!

I too can confirm of the no service when phoning for a delivery tonight, the empty promises that the store that will call you back when you follow up on the order.This is so annoying. Can head office please investigate what the heck is going on at this store!!!Seems like its a huge party as the music is extremely loud there ....

We ordered the threes a vibe which consists of 3 pizzas and a free cooldrink but they delivered a on the triple and no cooldrink. When we asked about it the delivery man said that its the exact same thing without the cooldrink. We asked him where the cooldrink was since we ordered it and he said that they didnt give him cooldrink because the on the triple doesnt come with cooldrink. We made it clear that we wanted the threes a vibe because it was R179 and the on the triple was R200. Were very unsatisfied with this.

Trust them not to deliver your order. No explanation, nothing. Pure silence.

Ordered Pizza on the App at 18:17. Phoned the Call Centre at 19:36, because pizza has not been delivered yet. They informed me that the store manager would call me back within 5 minutes. 19:55 I called the call center again, now informing me that the store is now offline and they cannot contact the store to follow up on the order. It is now 2 hours later and still no pizza. Pathetic customer service.

Not bad, they do deliver. My only gripe is they are too stingy with the toppings!!!

Worst service Ive had in my life, i ordered 2 subs 3 hours ago, i called back after two hours and they said my order was canceled due to technical issues, i placed it again and now after 3 hours of waiting I called back again but this time they hung up on me, this is incredibly poor service and I really suggest you give your staff more training

I order a Pizza and asked my Lady not to cook it was around 5Pm Monday ... They said that the pizza would arrive in 60 we waited patiently I called once more they said they would do a follow up till the shop closed...

Honestly??, the worst. We ordered pizza at 18:10 and it never arrived. We even called to make sure our order went through as we ordered on the app. And the lady said our order will arrive at 19:15. Im disappointed, really.

Poor service, waited 2 and a half hours for our delivery, and still had to get the driver at a point, could not find our house...

How in the actual real life? We ordered at 16:15 and they never arrived with our pizza! I know they are understaffed but if they cant handle it, then stop taking orders! Stop biting off more than you can chew!!!

2nd Time Debonairs Carletonville. Delivery man has NO CLUE how to NAVIGATE. 2 different orders. Watching my cameras for the delivery, I saw how he speeds by. 1st order, being phoned to ask where my number is told him got delivery. 2nd order, received nothing, ordered 2 foot long subs on the app at 8PM on the time and at 8:45pm phoned them to find out where my order is, only to get automated voice telling me Im phoning outside bus hours. 8:58pm there speeds the debonairs delivery scooter rushing to go home. GREAT SERVICE BRING TOMORROW MY ORDER ILL RFUSE TO PAY AND CHASE YOU AWAY LIKE A DOG!

Most pathetic service!!! I placed my order at 18:39 and its now 20:10 and Ive still not received my order, I try to phone Debonairs carletonville and the answering machine says that I got them out of their trading hours. So this means I will never receive my order!!! Absolutely pathetic!!! I dont recommend their delivery option!!!

Waiting time for delivery at Carletonville Debonairs is almost 2hrs. Thos is unacceptable. I placed an order at 19:11 and its 20:49 and no delivery.

They delivered the wrong pizza, when I phoned they said they will fix it and deliver the right one but they never showed up.

I called for a delivery just before 16:00, it is now 17:35 and they have still not delivered. I have called numerous times to no avail as there is no answer on the landline. Very disappointing service. To add to my disappointment I personally went to Debonairs nothing had been prepared and they claim they were taking calls!!!! Adding insult to injury with lies! Will add screenshots of my calls to hello peter and Facebook!

I tried to pay for my order and after filling in all of my payment details, it went straight to the placing order page and the message payment has been declined was displayed at the top of the screen. NOW The same people want me to pay for my order AGAIN. Worst service ever. Dont recommend. BTW I WANT MY REFUND
