They made me wait on the side of the road in the middle of the night and said theyd come assist in the morning. I waited the whole day but they didnt pitch up.

My car was taken in on the Monday to get a new clutch kit put in as my clutch release bearing had giving in. My car was promised to me Tuesday, the kit arrived on Tuesday morning and my car was not finished as promised. Again it was promised to me on Wednesday and again was not delivered. It was relayed to me that while installing the new clutch kits the bearings had fallen into the gearbox and it had to be taken out and put back in. My starter was also cracked and another mechanic said it was a fresh cut and must have happened during the labour. On Wednesday it was promised to be done on Thursday. Thursday after them installing the clutch kit again, there was no clutch to change gears. He told me that it could have been a factory fault of the clutch kit. I decided to have my car towed out his yard on Thursday where I discovered they had cracked my front windscreen, Ive got the quotation of 2600 to install and fit a new front windscreen which ive said he has to pay for as it was done by someone during the labour as witnesses have testified it was not cracked before taking my car to Reagons.After my car was towed back home, another mechanic discovered it was the wrong clutch kit and discovered the gearbox bracket around the shaft was bend during the installation of the new clutch kit at Reagons. Do NOT take your car here as you will regret it.
