Great people with good customer service

Bought a tap there,when installed it was leaking.Then they changed it and this one is leaking on the side.I will rather stick to Buildit in the future.

They dont have sense of agency when comes to deliver stock.their drivers dont care about costumers service

The delivery service is shocking wasted 2 days of down time with my project waiting. And every time I called Im given different stories that the delivery is on its way and only to find out it arrives at 5pm I cant do anything at 5pm as my contractors have knocked off by then.

I bought bricks and half of my older was delivered wen I went to tell them to delever and I had to buy more stuff....they said the oder was delivered in full so they robbed me 500 bricks

Please people dont buy any wooden doors at this place I bought a door here for R895 & after it was warnished the holle door just went skew make sure the wooden doors are stronger it did look like a strong door but its bad.
