Very disappointed in their quality. They have repeatedly billed me incorrectly. The latest was sending me a statement of accounts showing I had not paid anything this year, this after faithfully paying throughout the year and even having had previous account enquiries that I worked through with them...How do you run a business not knowing who has paid and who hasnt????I have expressed my concern and dissatisfaction in the past but it doesnt even seem to help...
