Stopped there to get help on my 2020 Polos Aircon that just suddenly stopped working just to hear that sorry no one can help me cuz they ALL on lunch. Worst service i ever got at a VW garage.

Any one who reads this should think twice before they leave their car for service at VW GATEWAY for serviceI left my vehicle to get a clutch replaced and guess what when i check my tracker, not only was my vehicles clutch being replaced but on top of that my vehicle was used to do shopping and not only that, my vehicle was driven in the access speed of between 127 and 162 km/h in a residential area,, given a full tank and received my vehicle back with a 3/4 tank in only what they claim they have driven only 41 km
