Excellent service. However what impressed me was their concern for well being of their customers who waited in the loooooong lines. Lovely friend staff made the wait outside easier.

I cant wait for my next visit. We make the day a enjoyable outing and love shopping in person! We drive 140km to visit Edura.

Quality goods, quality service

Terrible service I went to buy dress material, stood and waited patiently for a staff member to cut, once he finished with the client before me he just walked off not acknowledging me at all even though I stood for 15 minutes in line for assistance. I will never go there again.

Ready made products are plentiful. They have a good variety of colors and prints. More than you would find in a commercial chain store or in a mall setting. However limited in fabrics to purchase per meter. And other haberdashery item are also very limited.

The curtain stock was poor compared to previous years. I suspect is because of lack of industrial production due to covid. Anyway bedding and others were available

The staff is very friendly and helpful.Only thing that I had a problem with was that I was not allowed to go into the store my 2 year old daughter. They only allow children that are 5 years and older into the store.Fortunately I was with a friend of mine so we took turns to look after the baby, had it not been for that I would have not bought anything. And they do not make any exceptions...Another great thing is that you get a cold drink or water when you spend over a R1000.

Needless to say, I was rather disappointed when Edura contacted me to inform me that the items I ordered online were not available in my chosen colour. Unfortunately substituting the colour was not an option for me, so I opted to cancel my order which they had no hesitation in doing. I have just received a notification of the refund of my online order - effectively one working day later considering it was just before the Easter weekend that they contacted me - and I would just like to commend Edura for the prompt repayment. Receiving this kind of service in South Africa is really uplifting - Thank you for putting your customers first!

We werent allowed to take our 2 year old daughter into the store on the feeble excuse that she cant wear a mask and is a risk because they have covid in their store. We traveled almost 100km to get there yet they were not understanding in the least. At the same time, persons whos temperature was over 38 were allowed in after making them wait for some time. The 1 lady at the entrance checking receipts was extremely rude. We went with the intention of buying much but didnt buy much. We wont be going back there anytime soon. They ve lost us and our families as customers.

Very very poor service, but nice products at a reasonable price. BUT you have to be prepared to stand on the queue for over 7hrs before entering the store and inside the theres no trolley or basket to make your shopping experience pleasant. You have to hold everything you need on your hands. Its actually a nightmare!

Firstly, I sent a query e-mail to Edura in which I was answered in an hour. I ordered my quilted set Monday morning just before 12 and I received my order the next day just after 1. This is totally unbelievable excellent service seeing that we stay in a rural area with limited delivery days normally. My quilt set is of very good quality, so I am really a very satisfied but amazed customer!!!

Extremely disappointing service at Edura today. After driving over 80km just to go shop there, my kids were refused entry into the store without any reasonable explanation. So I let them wait in the car while I shop, while shopping, they needed to use the bathroom and they were blatantly refused. What kind of customer service is that? What a waste of a Tuesday afternoon

Very disappointed bought taped curtains .The packing size 500x18cm, as per foto attached the one curtain is 13 cm and the other one 18cm.

We went during their big sale and it was a great experience. It was busy but not the type of busy where people step on each other. Staff were really nice and ensured your experience was good. You should bring back the sale though will definitely go back and shop up a storm.
