As ours was a destination wedding, we only met Yolande 3 days before our wedding for our couple shoot. We had the best session with her. She is professional, down to earth and easy to get on with, and so easily sets the tone for a wonderful session.Then came our wedding day which she captured so magically that whenever I look at our photos I feel like I relive the day and night. Yolande just possesses that natural ability to put anyone at ease, and slotted into our wedding party like an old friend. The best part of our day was having our photos around our venue just the two of us- it was the precious time we had together to just be happily married, we hardly even noticed we were having photos taken!All in all, if I could award more stars I would, and if I could afford to fly her out to Australia to be our family photographer I would :)

We booked Yolandé for our wedding at this beautiful wine farm near Stellenbosch. We picked her on short notice after we had realized that the other photographer that was supposed to take pictures at the wedding was not as talented as our wedding planner had promised us. Already the first meeting with Yolandè was exactly as we had wanted it to be. She gave us a very clear impression on how she was planning to take the photos and she came up with a detailed time line. Also, we had the feeling that she completely understood our idea of the wedding. This was a great help already. And then at the wedding she gave us the most professional impression. It did not take long to take the formal pictures of the wedding party and the family – actually these things were done within a few minutes. Then we were able to spend a lot of time for out private gallery pictures. Again, here attitude was astonishing professional. And when the pictures were finally ready to look at a few weeks later, the quality was clearly beyond our expectation. She was absolutely the right choice for our great day!

Yolandé in so many ways you and your mother contributed to our weddings as much more then just the photography team and for that we are so grateful. You where friends during the celebrations even before the wedding. You where part of the family around the breakfast table. You where my calmettes on my way to see FJ for the first time. You where a true friend through out our day. We often look at our photos and think of how special you made us feel. Thank you for being so much more then just a wedding supplier!

When we got engaged, the first thing I did was go over to Yolandés website and write her a letter that she needs to take my wedding photos. That was it - there was no doubt that I wanted anybody else document our wedding day and it came as no surprise that we were so in love with every single picture afterwards.She kept calm the whole day, nothing was an issue and nothing was impossible.
