I appreciate that Kyle brings considerable mindfulness and spirituality to my yoga classes. He is passionate about teaching - and ensures I have the best posture and execute poses correctly. Attentive and inspiring. I am now more flexible and energised. Highly recommend him.

Kyle’s teaches a strong, stimulating yoga class that caters for all levels. His sequencing is well thought-out and the flow of the class feels like an absolute treat for the body. His training in India come through in adding a humble depth to his teaching. I finish every one of his classes with a smile on my face :)

I was looking to build up some confidence so I could join some of the bigger and faster studio classes and Cape Yoga Assist really gave me the foundation I needed. They were helpful and catered to my personal needs. Would highly recommend!

Ive had a couple of things that Ive been wanting to work on in my practice.Things that a traditional studio and the little attention one is able to receive there just havent allowed for.The individual, one-on-one practices Ive been having with Kyle have been of great benefit to me and allowed me the space to work freely while being guided by someone knowledgeable and attentive. His guidance on both alignment and pranayama was excellent and Ill be returning for the thoughtful insights and good energy.

My introduction to the practice of semi private yoga classes with Kyle has got me hooked. Kyle is a knowledgable instructor who creates a wonderful calm space and allows a beginner to feel motivated and confident at the pace they are in the practice.
