The person assisting me couldnt wait 30 minutes in order the bakkie to get there so they can release the trailer to me, now my car had to spend a night in a awkward place next to the road

I will never again use this company. Be careful here because the apparent management culture that I encountered allowed staff to demean customers. I once had a dispute with their staff member who refused to hitch the trailer (the guy seemed drunk and agitated) when I reported him to the management they didnt even bother to listen to our side of the conversation. Appalling decision making and terrible service. Theres almost always new staff that has to be trained, letting you wonder about the high turnover. Read your contract carefully because they make you responsible for insurance of the rentals.

Were assisted very quickly. i do recommend that you book a trailer fore the specific time that you require. i phoned and the staff member informed me that I can just pitch. However, they did not have the trailer size that I require when collecting the trailer. I also suggest that you take cash with (or make sure that you have telephone banking on your phone), as they do not have credit/debit card facilities (which is very unusual).

Good service. The trailer I rented was in need of repairs and when I asked for them to exchange it they wouldnt. They do not have insurance if anything goes wrong.

I visited the branch a few days ago and Ive advised them that the service and communication is bad at the reception only to be told that I should go elsewhere or they cannot assist me. Management should do something about the service and ladies. Id rather use another supplier. It simply not worth the effort if they think they know it all. And think that the customer is their drinking buddy.

Friendly polite staff and quick service. Weve hired a few times over the years and cant complain about anything. The trailers have always been perfectly fine. Definitely recommendable. Warning though- youll need cash as theres no card machine.

The trailers are in good condition. However, the service is absolutely terrible. The receptionists are a bunch of rude arrogant women, (aside from the young short lady on the left side). I have been renting trailers here for years.They always have the correct trailer available and the rates are affordable and reasonable.Local as well as long distance rentals available.You can rent a trailer here for a one way trip and drop it off at depots in other towns and cities.Very convenient.

Please check the trailers yourself as the following things happened to me on separate occasions. Two complete wheels came off / A few flats /Blade spring snapped where it had been welded (NOTE :blade springs are not to be weld). As per their contract you are responsible for the trailer . Please read the contract

OMG!!! The customer service is appalling!! My goodness, I am shocked by how unprofessional the ladies at the desk were. No communication skills and the worst service by a mile!! Bad for the business and the brand!!! I decided to take my money elsewhere!!

The woman who is supposed to know what trailer weights are, which cars can tow what weight and what is legal is really uniformed, idiotic and useless.She is willing to give a single axle trailer to Cape Town but not a double axle due to car weight which is clearly allowed to tow double axle with 500kg to spare. But this is the best part - Unless we drive to Milnerton which is close enough (5km further).I rarely encounter such incompetence in a human.

I hired a trailer to move from Cape Town to Bloemfontein from this company. I made sure I stated that I will be picking up in Cape Town and dropping off in Bloemfontein. When my husband had to go get the trailer he called me to say that the price they gave me was incorrect. I went to go speak to them and they made me wait for almost an hour going through my emails only to find out that they did not do their job properly and dont attend to their emails fast and accurately.They made it very clear that they were going to make a loss because of the incorrect price they gave me and they were not going to have that so I had to pay. I was stuck with no trailer to move and they did not show remorse of any sort. I went to a trailer hire in Goodwood rather. This company deserves a minus 5 star rating.

Trailer was in appauling state, braking shock was completely worn, lights just dimmly lit after being told they ‘work’, one of four wheels 0.5 bar (clearly only noticed once load was loaded), and wheel alignment shakin my vehicle violently above 65kph. Returned within 2 hours and highlighted the above, no apology or refund offered. Never again!
