Dealing with Pool Covers Galore was one of the best experiences I have had but let me start at the beginning.We have a little one who is starting to explore the garden and we quickly appreciated that we need to get a pool cover. After some research, we identified our needs and possible covers that would be suitable. I search online (Facebook) for possible companies and got several quotes from various companies. As most of us do, I went for the cheapest option (not Pool Covers Galore).That was my mistake as it turned out to be an elaborate scam. To date, it has been months and I am fairly convinced that money is down the drain. Pool Covers Galore was one of the companies I spoke to initially and the service I got from them was excellent even though I did not go with them initially. I reached out to them again when it became apparent that my pool cover with the first company was not going to realize.From the first engagement Pool Covers, Galore was accommodating, reassuring, and always willing to answer all the questions I had. Needless to say, I was hesitant to trust again but this hesitancy was quickly converted by professionalism. From excellent communication to the excellent quality of cover, Pool Covers Galore did it all.Kindly take this recommendation as a warning and a reassurance. There are many chancers out there and I learned the hard way that the cheapest option is not in your best interest. If you are buying this to last for a long time, make sure you deal with a company that you can trust, is professional, deliver the product on time, and whose product is of excellent quality.I cannot recommend Pool Covers Galore enough!

It was great dealing with Michael from Pool Covers Galore and Im also very happy with the pool cover that theyve supplied.I am in Australia and Ive been looking at getting a PVC type pool cover locally because its very easy to clean and the dirt and debris dont fall into the pool. However they are very expensive locally and there are only two companies selling them as far as I know.After looking around, I found Pool Covers Galore in South Africa. I was apprehensive at first but Michael from Pool Covers Galore has been great and very responsive to my pre-sale enquiries. In the end, I ordered the cover from Pool Covers Galore and have it shipped to Australia. Even with the shipping costs, import duties and paying Australian GST, it still ends up less than half the cost of what the local companies are charging.Because of the bulkiness of the product, I only bought the PVC cover + straps and attachments, and specifically not shipping the rods. I sourced the aluminium rods and the end caps locally.Michael has been excellent to deal with and very helpful with tips for installation and set up. I am very pleased with the cover. My pool is now sparkling clean, no more leaves and dust that float around on the water. As a bonus, the pool cover also seems to retain heat very well, keeping my heated pool warm even through my heater is turned off at night. My pool temperature only dropped by 1.5°-2°C overnight, which is as good as using a pool blanket.
