With my experience at Perfect Pools - Plattekloof, the staff was super helpful and friendly

I have recently started acquiring our pool chemicals etc at this pool shop and I am extremely happy with the service I receive from them. So good is their advice that I received my first certificate of perfect water today. Highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Perfect Pools Plattekloof.

Cant speak to rep/ repair people. No contracts for them. All private numbers, unknown emails.Terrible service. Asked them find fault, couldnt find after 3 visits .They qouted new system /pipes. Next day my gardner say he wil look. Fixed it for R63.General attitude of Sales guy / service really not customer friendly.

Your services were recommended. How sad that the people that delivered the service, including the sales person is just in the business to make a quick buck. Disgusted is the only word that describes your service delivery. None of the people that we had contact with has any interpersonal skills what so ever.The contract will be cancelled with immediate effect, and please change your names, your service delivery is anything but perfect.

We have been customers of Perfect Pools Welgelegen with a weekly gold service and currently our pool looks like a swamp and the kreepy does not work. I continuously complain and get told that they will sort it out but we are 4 months in and have not had a blue pool once. They just throw chemicals into the pool and charge you a fortune. Would not recommend

The best part about going here is the sheer variety of pool products and services available. Everything from pool cleaner repairs to regular pool maintenance visits for their clients. Oh yes: they also offer an advanced, computerised water testing facility that delivers a printout of the results and what needs to be added to get everything balanced and blue and sparkly. The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable.

Overpriced and inferior sand purchased for our pool pump, will never support them again

We received such bad service from Perfect Pools - I do not recommend using this company. We were told that the cleaning and unblocking of a pipe would take four days to complete, it took a month and countless following up just to complete the cleaning. Because the pipe was not blocked we were promised a refund and follow up which we have not yet received. My pool is still sitting with a bypass pipe 5months after employing PP - Do not waste your time or your money!

Very professional and courteous

Disgusted with the poor service and lack of communication. Paid for services upfront yet our pool is still dirty. We were promised a 5 day treatment. The guys only showed up On 3 of those days, threw chemicals in the pool, left and did not bother to follow up. Managers were spoken to and queries were made yet we still await a clean, working pool.

Erratic service, often just don’t pitch up even if they have promised to be there. They were supposed to fix our Kreepy, it still doesn’t work and it’s been 3 months. We heard they would send their “specialist” to us for it... it’s been over a month, no sign of him. Hard to reach anyone, and when you do you just get, “oh I’m sorry, they will be there” but of course they don’t show up. Unprofessional. Stay away.

They guys came out and replaced my entire pool pump. They were very efficient, professional and really fast. Thank you for the great service guys

Best place for pool chemicals

The most shocking service ever received. They tell you they will come tomorrow, but as the song goes tomorrow never comes. Not once did they phone to apologise for not honouring an appointment. Everytime you follow-up (you have to phone them), it is oh we are sorry, we will come tomorrow... Still havent waiting perfect pools

Called to confirm Spa Chlorine in stock. 20 min driving arrived to find only a different product, Bromine actually in stock. Staff has insufficient product knowledge. Bromine - for indoor spa, Chlorine - for outdoor spa.

I buy all our pool products from Perfect Pools. Their service is tops
