Melkbosch Magic Pools Waited 2 weeks for them to come out. Had to phone back and ask if they are still coming out. Then a argument about that they told me that the weir needs to be fixed but my email stated they need to check the weir and my pump... Magic pools came out and told me to phone another company as they cannot fixed the problem... Luckily the other company was professional and fixed it in 2 days.... To my shock I received an email from Melkbos magic pools that my invoice of R480 is a week late.. So i waited two weeks for them to tell me i must use someone else and pay them R480 for this... Really sorry but I will never use them again

Extremely rude and unprofessional! I walked in to the store to ask a question regarding what chemicals to use in my pool, the older gentleman behind the counter belittled me with such casual ease that it seemed second nature to him. I was so taken aback that I left without purchasing anything and will never be back! I suggest they send their staff for training - specifically how to speak to customers and woman!

A rare combination of incompetence and arrogance makes this business an absolute disaster experience! After calling for days to get someone to look at my pool pump, I finally received a quote for an entire pump replacement. After I asked if the bearings could not just be replaced, Graham responded extremely rudely telling me that You were already told the whole pump needs replacing! Are you accepting the quote or not!? Needless to say, this business is only after your money and not interested in the customer in any way.

Rude and unprofessional service! I have lived in Melkbos for many years and have never been spoken to so rudely when calling in for advice regarding my pool. Melkbos deserves better!

If you take a sample of your pool water, they test it for you and they advise how to correct any issues.
