I have been renting a unit since 2018/19 already. The only reason why I’m still at alternative storage is because their rate is affordable and that’s about all that is good about this company when it comes to money matters it is a nightmare.I received threatening emails a few times about payment not being made and every time I prove them wrong.In April 2020 I received a letter of demand for 2019 payments outstanding I was told my unit will be locked and security tag disabled.Once again in May 2021 I was told a June 2020 invoice was not paid and I will be charged interest from then until now which I have sent proof of. It always happens a year laterThat is besides their website/online payments that does not work. This company does not deserve a star at all.

Avoid this business at all costs! The invoices on their website never accurately reflects payments made. This is a recurring issue that has been ongoing for over a year now! There is so much admin involved in trying to get your money back every month.
