SOLID is one of the worst billing systems that I have ever used. How can one not be able to edit a start date after processing a contract. Now a new contract must be made, re-signed, and then submitted again? As for the user experience (UX design), there is no proper thought process with the design and the most impractical platform to use. I highly do not recommend this billing system to anyone and their business.

There simply is no better solution for an Internet Service Provider than what SOLIDitech offers!
