Poor, terrible & incompetent service when it cones to billing & refunds. My daughter accidentally purchased a game on my console, requested a refund. Refund has been confirmed on the 27.05.2021 & yet I have been waiting almost two months for my refund to reach my bank account, this company lies to me saying the refund has been processed, i provided bank statements on many occasions, i have contacted my bank to make sure i am not loosing my mind however both myself & the bank can see that there was no refund processed.Sad to see such a huge company cant resolvesuch a small query, huge inconvenience on me & my family.I dont know what else to do? They tell me its been escalated, & i need to wait, no time frame given, no expectations of what is going to happen, seems like this company will not give my funds back. I dont have the game nor my funds, i am at a loss & emotionally drained after dealing with this.Think wisely when you invest your hard earned money into companies like this....
