They need to attend to The Male Toilets... No urinals, you have to stand in line just to use a toilet because theres only 4 for males. The cleaners keep them clean which is great but the tiles on the walls are falling off and hand wash basins always one was blocked.

Situated in vanguard drive Mitchells Plain. Smoke free parking. Not overcrowded. The public toilet facilities are near and clean.Variety of shops including the past office and fast-food outlets.Shops are not so crowded and always a pleasure to pop in there too pay accounts.

Hi everyone this is a great mall to do your shopping because its a smaal place and not a lot of walking is required so its more relaxing than other malls and its everything under one roof.... A lot of secure parking and a few restaurants if you didnt have lunch yet... It even has a toy store... pharmacy and a gym... So make your way down to westgate mall... you wont regret the experience... Happy shopping guys.

Please upgrade your parking and toilets. Taxis taking over the parking area and toilets is situated in a dodgy place. As a women I dont feel safe at all.

Most of the staff is friendly and helpful but on Friday afternoon when I wanted to enter the Mall the security guard just shut the door in my face without any explanation. He was rude. Instead of just saying the Mall is closing at 5pm , but not a word..

It was my sons birthday 🎂 and was wrk so I was abit pressed for time and I needed to get him a gift and a cake so when I got there, there was no long lines , mall was clean, not too crowded.Cake was fresh. I was 😊

Always a good experience anytime of day. I always find the things I look for in any shop or store. Visible security does make it easier to go outside for you Uber or your car.

All the basic stores are there and there is a Checkers store and Woolworths for groceries.

To me it is the closest mall and it is convenient shopping there it does not have all shops

Close to where I live & at a convenient location with access to public transport.

Westgate Mall needs more lightening. The current lights are in adequate. The centre on needs a serious upgrade. On a rainy day there are no fewer that 6 buckets, surrounded by flattened cardboard boxes, on the walking area, due to the roof leaking at several places. This is not only a pity site but the mall management can be/will be sued, if patrons should get hurt due to slipping on a wet floor - not to mention the injuries that could occur.

Staff polite of all businesses operating in Westgate Mall. There,s ample seating for customers specially the elderly while their families r doing shopping instead of waiting in the car for ages. Parking area is also well secured. It is just a pleasure to shop at the Westgate Mall, do invite your friends to come and experience some peace of mind while shopping.

Perfect grocery shopping and take aways and even sit down eateries but limited entertainment options non existant

They have great stores like checkers and pep and some butchered. people at the tracksuit shop not very accommodating and rude, however roccomamas have exceptional service and really great food. spur is a good favorite as well and the hairdressers are exceptional. many clothing stores to choose from in the mall. would be great if they got a pnp as well.

The mall is outdated and over-crowded. Nobody, including employees and customers, follows Covid protocol. The mall has a general dirty atmosphere.They do however have a Rocomama’s and Spur inside, which are both modern, family restaurants.

A guy named shufwaan Williams made my day as he truly resprented ZONE FITNESS well an explanation that was clear am well said. But Overall the mall can be better but it was OK, but I love the fact that its not overcrowded and you can walk freely and its very calm yet busy enough
