Has everything I need. Its clean not so busy. Covid protocols are strict there making it a safe place to shop.

Tyger Valley Centre was always my go to when we I lived in the North.Things change and there are so much things that need to be addressed.Its not that I wouldnt shop there again but I dont frequent the Centre.There is a shop that I love there but it must take me alot to really go there.

Awesome mall, clean pleasant professional staff in all shops. All covd19 protocols are in place across the mall👌

Its still very new to go to a mall and do the usual things, but Tygervalley remains one of my favourite malls.

This shopping center is going backwards. Maybe they must negotiate with DisChem to open a mega store in the center. To get feet back into the center. They just bought Medicare Pharmacy in the center.

Not sure about this Shopping centre,in always had things about this place but then on the day i visited i almost experienced something bad. But good thing i was aware of this place.

I went heŕ looking for something very specific. The on roof open parking, at 2 hours free, is a brilliant call and so convenient. The first store that I went into, did not have what I was looking for and I had an alternative shop in mind, but didnt know where it was. There was an info kiosk and nearby, as I turned around, and the lady there was able to direct me to the store, with no fuss. Got what I was looking for. The range of stores and the ranges carried by the stores in this centre far exceeds most of the ranges of the same stores at other nearby centres, and this is definitely my go to place when looking for something a bit out of the normal. And, in the past, if a store doesnt have what I am looking for, the personnel are always willing to try and source from another store for you. Heads up to the culture of this centre!!

It works! Its clean, well organized and just such a joy to visit. No matter what time of day, Tyger Valley NEVER dissapoint. Great selection of stores, great atmosphere and always such a pleasure. Will always be my mall of choice in Cape Town. They truly become better and better. 5 Stars!!!

Its a great mall. So many shops and options, from clothing to shoes and homeware. Im a fan of the new look food court and frequent the Burger king often. Plenty parking adds to an easy shopping experience! Ill be back!

Ah what a good experience visiting Tyger Valley shopping mall, had lunch at the ocean basket and for sure the best OB we ever went to. The service and food were fist class.

Whether its something to eat youre looking for a shopping from a wide array small stores to premium franchises its all under one roof....Lots of parking ranging from free to not badly priced (undercover parking) all with quick & easy access to to the mall. Many accessible, clean toilets.Its one piece you can be sure of... that if you want something.. youll find it... and MORE!!! Definitely a place that caters for the whole family...Ive visited this mall for many yrs and it has evolved with the times, I still havent managed to become bored of coming to this venue....

It isnt a shopping centre we frequent because it isnt close to my home and the layout is confusing to someone that doesnt frequent the mall. For example, I found it easier to exit the mall and walk around the outside to my car. We also couldnt find what we were looking for.

This centre used to be the most amazing center ever, and I have travelled all over the world. But the owners completely ruined it a couple of years ago by modernising it, and thereby destroying the amazing ambience it had before. They ripped out just about everything which made this a place I could visit twice a week, always finding it special. I find it unbelievable that people could spend such a sickening amount of money to produce an end result like this, why did they not sell the center and built their own modern center if that was what they wanted. A great loss to the Northern Suburbs

The mall is quite big, but theres not much going on. There are not a lot of shops inside that are that different to make this mall truly stand apart from other malls. I would recommend going to a mall closer to you if this one is out of your way, just because its not really worth the petrol.

Not my favourite mall but you can get everything you want. I get confused in it but thats just me, I suppose. I feel like I havent given it a proper chance. I need to spend more time instead of rushing to my favourite shops. The last time I went to Asami the restaurant and it was one of the worst experiences ever. I never even ate the sushi as it was that bad.

It has a lot of stuff, clothing stores, food stores, restaurants etc. Its nice but very very loud. If your ND or just sensitive to noise its definitely not a good place to go. Almost every store is blasting music and its a bit overwhelming.

Great parking set up. Has the main stores, but does not have a lot of stores. Has most of the fast food options.

A great shopping mall, easy access with nearly every store I like from grocery shopping, Pick n Pay and Woollies, to speciality stores like Cape Union Mart and @Home, Mr Price Home, Sport and clothing. Great restaurants as well from fast food to more refined dining!

Love this mall. They have my favourite shops and I love the variety of food outlets. Sometimes the parking pay station gives me some issues but always gets resolved upon exit. This place is perfect if you looking to grab a coffee with a friend at Seattle or Vida cafe, light lunch at Mugg and bean, and dinner at Ocean basket.

Not the hustle and bustle of a Cape Gate or Canal Walk but a grwat sjoppi g experience. Food court is not crowded as at the other mentioned places. Nice touch though is the eco-friendly mobile car-wash while you shop inside

This mall is the best, even though they dont have some of the stores such as The Fix but they still have some of the best stores.

Love Burger King as usual. Just a tiny bit disappointed as the Chilli CHEESE Burger was cold and the cheese did not even melt although the chips was beautiful and hot... Otherwise lovely as always. My best and only meal is the Double Long Chilli Cheese Burger. Yummy

The strangest thing about this centre is there are only 3 supermarkets where you can food. Those are Woolies, Pick n Pay and Game. Woolies and Pick n Pay have fresh cooked choices available, whereas Game only has packaged food.My favourite part of the centre has Cafe Latino great service and good for a snack or Irish coffee. Directly opposite Cafe Latino is a tiny shop: The Velcet Cake Co they specializes in CUP CAKES 🎂🧁and the different varieties are mind boggling, so be prepared to stay a while trying to make up your mind. Right to next the the cup cake shop is m.eat, they may have great biltong, but the service I received yesterday 10 May 2021 was so off hand and patronizing that I literally cancelled my order and left the store. Why would anyone work as customer service person then treat their customer like a nuisance? Its worth visiting the shop to witness a text book case of worst customer treatment in the entire mall!The irritating thing about Tygervalley are the infernal escalators 😒 Every single time without fail there is a non working escalator, sometimes even two not working. It is a real hassle when the centre is busy and shoppers have to try and squash past each other. People also go in both directions on one escalator and it is a miserable shambles. It defies description that centre management is unable to fix such a small thing that causes so much mayhem. Monday 10 May the escalators I used to enter and leave the mall were broken.

This has been my favorite mall for many years now. The mall has all my favorite stores and you wont walk yourself to death trying to find what you are looking for. Their food court is always up to date and the mall too with new stores opening up regularly. Safe and secure parking is no problem at this mall.

Good initiative with the craft market on the lower floor. Good variety of stores and restaurants. Quite full in summertime.

Not a mall Ive liked very much. Banks all on lower floor. So while youre on the third floor and wants to withdraw cash quickly youll have to go al the way down. Lots of shops but youll have to walk a lot to find it. Only my personal experience. Walk waayyyy too much

Defnitly a 5 star...multiple levels easy accessible to all including handicapped...plenty space for a wheelchair...a huge variety of of shops....plenty of parking with visible security ...all and all a great shopping experience

Its good but everything is far to walk to as the mall setup is very horrible so walking to get to some stores are not easy to find. But good mall, classy and still good standard, lovely restaurants to spend the afternoon or day. Good vibed mall.

Interesting mall! Big, clean and beautiful. It was actually my first day shopping there and I feel sorry for myself because Ive been missing out😭❤ I ate at the McDonalds there and the food was super nice 👌

Tyger Valley center was surprisingly refreshing. I havent visited the Centre for quite some time. The upgrades to the Centre makes it a go to mall, especially during this period of COVID and social distancing. The stores are bigger than at other malls and the walk ways wider. The exclusivity of their concept stores set them a cut above the rest.

Met an amazing woman who manned Aminas Flowers...the owners mom, she really made my day💝

FIRST TIME VISITING THIS MALL AND I DID NOT REALIZE HOW BIG IT ACTUALLY IS. IT HAS A VARIETY OF SHOP, WHICH MAKES IT BETTER FOR YOU TO GET WHAT YOURE LOOKING FOR.

It was quiet when I got there probably because it was raining but started getting busy after 17:00.

Although very convenient for us as we live just across the road from the mall it is just too full too much of the time. You can count on there always being a broken elevator or escalator somewhere along your journey and they have taken away too many advantages they once had for keeping kids entertained over the years. Tygervalley wants to be posh it seems catering for the more upper class, but they fail to do so on too many levels.

Clean fully stocked shops and everyone is well behaved and pay for their goods.u feel safe.

The centre caters for everyone, but boy oh boy you better be fit as it quite a distance from the main entrance to some shops. Lots of Friendly staff for when you get lost.

Nice shopping center, I normally do all month end related tasks here.

Its a good place to have food and hang out with friends the downside being the size, I think its a bit too small and needs to expand

Good parking, you are able to pop in and out or have a leisure stroll at this mall with loads of shops.

Good diversity in shops and shopping experience. I would however urge management to attend to the toilets as broken dryers and or empty soap dispensers for many months now , does not help our fight against the virus.Best Regards

I must admit, it sort of have that Durban mall vibe.Let me tell you why, the clear space irrespective of time of day!!Now, its enough sitting in traffic on your way to the mall, then you still need to struggle to get to the shop of your choice,,, not at Tyger Valley Shopping Mall though.Enjoy!!

Nice just too busy! Very noisy but nice. I collected a order at Asami restaurant and the lady at ocean basket next door asked me with the intention to spray my hands with sanitizer I then mentioned I wasnt coming to ocean basket but as it was next to eachother she decided not to spray my hands and walked away. I could have gone to ocean basket but with bad customer services and people skills I will no longer be recommending ocean basket.

The mall is always so neat and tidy, one just feels so at ease walking around.

Went to the standard bank and got excellent service from the consultant, friendly, patient and very helpful!👌👌👌👌👌

Although finding our way around was confusing, there are positives. Plenty parking, clean and surprisingly empty. Good toilet facilities, including wheelchair accessibility. Good selection of shops and eateries. Felt safe and secure in the parking area as well as in the mall. Only place available to smokers is a tiny room in a restaurant, in the food court.

A little bit of everything bundled together in a neat tidy package. Nice shopping center. Pretty large with a decent assortment of stores and eateries

Always prefer Tygervalley over Cape Gate even though both are the same distance from our house.

If you park at the back on the parking lot at the top, it is very easy to access all the shops. You dont need to walk that far.

I like the payment of the parking ticket using zapper QR code system. The new escalators can be confusung becoming activated on approach. You still consider walking the steps when the system suddenly starts moving. It will save energy and maintenance though.

The shopping Centre is very nice with nearly all the stores available at your convenience. But you do get the odd occasion where the escalators arent working and I feel it very dangerous to climb those things up and down when they are switched off. They need to do proper maintenance.

Very few make can compete with the standards of Tygervalley mall. Safe, secure, so such variety and the immense size makes a trip to the mall quite an excursion. I would even go as far as to describe it as a family outing

The mall is super clean, shopping at Tygervalley mall is always a pleasure. Got my car washed while doing my shopping and by the time I was done, my car was ready.

Favourite mall in the Western Cape, the shops are easy to locate and they are in close proximity of each other.

Always clean and well lit mall. Enough options for any shopper. Most shops open till 7pm Good food court as well various options from Sushi, to burgers and Chicken

During stage 4 Covid Lockdown, the centre is fairly quite, wih all restaurants open only for takeaway meals. Public seating has also been removed so sharing a coffee must be done on the walk, or taken home.
