They were very helpful in finding my size and loved the positive banter they were having instead of talking about personal stuff which I usually find elsewhere..

Visited this store at 16H30 on a Wednesday. Not really good assistance. Variety of shoes very limited. Seems most of the shoes are made in China. Prices are cheap, but will have to see how long it will last.

Yesterday I asked one of the staff members Shoe City Promenade to check if any of the branches in Cape Town have the size boot I was looking for cause Promenade didnt have.... She told me none of the branches have.... I called myself this morning & voilà I got my size at Shoe City - Blue Route Mall

Absolutely terrible service and problematic stock system. The woman I asked a simple stock question to (after having returned to the shop 3 times to see if theyd restocked a number 5 buccaneer shoe, a staple for any school kid) was chewing a piece of gum with her mouth open. She didnt look at me as I spoke to her and the walked listlessly to the shelf staring at it for a while. Then she just said I dunno and walked back to stand amongst the boxes on the floor without greeting or checking their system or acknowledging that I had asked her a question. Astounding that this is tolerated by management.
