I would never recommend that anyone purchase Green Cross shoes. I’m a healthcare professional and often on my feet so I decided to invest in a pair of Green Cross shoes after months of research. I purchased the shoes at Green Cross Canal Walk in early January 2020. In July 2020, 7 months later, my right velcro shoe strap broke. I called the branch to ask if it can be repaired or replaced and was informed that the 6 month warranty on the shoe has expired so they cannot assist me. I cannot believe that the shoe broke one month after the warranty!I took the shoes to Barsole for a quote and they advised that both shoe straps be repaired because they are both worn. They cost of the repair is R500 for both shoes which is half the price I paid for the actual shoes! Unfortunately, I’ve had a loss of income during this pandemic period so I cannot afford the repairs at this stage.I’m totally disgusted at the poor quality of Green Cross shoes and the replacement policy. Any other reputable business would have replaced the shoes after 7 months. I’ll never purchase there again and I advise that you don’t either. Don’t waste your time or money.

Friendly staff but confusing that I got referred to the online store to see the whole range. I would prefer to try it on in store and see the quality in person.
