Bad customer service.workers talk to eachother more than helping clients.we were in the store for 20mins and nobody asked if we needed help

It is a shop with Crocs shoes. Pricewise it is pretty normal, no great deals. Unless you are a giant, then you might find some good prices.

Going there looking for something specific was easy, trying to get assistance from some of the staff on the floor , wasnt !I wonder , were they thinking that they were doing customers a favour 🤔The lady at the paypoint was more helpful , thanks . Shopped at Access Park outlet this past Saturday afternoon.Will definitely keep going back cause I appreciate the comfort of Crocs.

Staff friendly and very helpful, I left the store a very happy client.

Visited here in mid November 2020 walked off with a great deal buying 3 items, with the cheapest item free.Staff was very friendly and helpful, prices reduced on many items the store was busy but not crowded parking at the end of the road was free and plentiful, well worth a visit for comfortable discounted footware.

Staff give no assistance they keep their own conversation. Wont visit again.

The trading hours online is not the actual trading hours. The staff will make you stand outside and not communicate what is happening and if you ask them why you cant come in they get irritated and say stop reading online times we cant help if its wrong

You can get crocs at half the retail price here. I prefer shops like this where staff give you space to look and choose, friendly services.

If you like Crocs footwear then this is the place to go, large range you wont find anywhere else as well as lower prices than you would find in many stores. There are often ranges on sale and whether you are looking for shoes for yourself or your family there is a lot on offer.

Pathetic service....asked an assistant to assist me with their sizes.... Only to just give me a shoe and walked away, then asked another assistant for help who was so rushed and not interested and then eventually I asked the till assistant if she could check if another store had the size they told me no one has.... I called waterfront store myself from my cell phone and they have.... Lady was extremely helpful and polite at the waterfront store.

I love Crocs so it was great to see an outlet so close to me ,but we were not approached by any one to help us ,then we encountered the lady at the tills you rock.

Not many things were on sale for a factory outlet sort of store, I was disappointed with the prices. Hard to find the right sizes. Lots of options though. Services by the staff needs some work.

Not necessarily lower prices than Crocs products in retail stores, but on ranges that are marked down, you can get a good deal.

Staff very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Guy that was sitting behind counter by cashier sneezed so alound abd didnt even apologise. Also same was swearing at staff member in front of customers.

A great selection of shoes and there always seems to be unique. However, the retails assistants dont assist in any way, so its more of a self-service store
