Thank you Denise for always replying all my emails promptly.In compiling this review, Ive thought about what matters when using the services of a Storage Garage?1. Safety of personal belongings stored in the rented unit - All the stars that can possibly be awarded are awarded. The Storage Garage Compound is neatly and securely fenced in, coupled with well-positioned security cameras.2. Cleanliness - The Storage Garage Compound is always impeccable.3. The Garage - various sizes can be rented at differing costs.Pay for a year and youre rewarded with 1 month free!It is safe to leave a set of keys with Denise and anyone at the front desk - they will never hand over the keys to your unit to anyone without your permission.I would like to emphasise (of necessity) that in all the many years that I have been a client, never once has anything within the garage become wet, damp or soiled due to poor maintenance. The garage door rolls firmly shut allowing neither rascal nor rodent entry.I wish everyone at Store More Storage all the very best and I thank you sincerely for the outstanding (interpersonal and professional) service consistently delivered.

Its been a pleasure to use the Store More facilities. The variety of pricing and different sized units were exactly what I needed. My stuff has been safe and the staff is kind. I would definitely use them again.

Staff are a bit slow, so is the computer system at the cigarette kiosk. Staff need a wake up they some are a bit reluctant to serve you some are bluntly rude.

I liked the different options of the unit sizes and then also that the rental rates were the least expensive I could find. This is also a business with a track record and history so I feel comfortable leaving my possessions there.

Good value for money. We stored our household goods for 2 months and staff were very accommodating by moving out unit to accomodate the size of our vehicle and giving us extra time one day to get our goods out when we moved into our new home.
