I’ve always had great service at the Cavendish Remote Guru. They seem to have the remotes and be able to fix things when no one else can. Now I just go straight there. Highly recommended!

Andrew came to sort out my intercom which was not releasing the gate when buzzed. He was on time, professional and courteous, and sorted out the problem, after the 3 companies the insurance sent to do the repairs failed. Reasonably priced as well.

They supplied me with a hard-to-find remote and had the equipment to program it to the desired standard within 2 minutes. Worked perfectly!

I can see why people say the counter salesman/technician could be rude. The guy is very no BS and straight to the point. However he had it where it counts when I was there. He knew what I needed. Verified everything works multi times. I had an old remote with a missing cover and before I left he put a different one on at no charge. My one negative point would be that the place is a bit overpriced
