Staff are incredibly friendly and were really patient with answering my questions. If there was anything that was uncertain, they immediately confirmed for me. Overall really great service.

Contacted Zone security for security assessment. Confirmed twice via email for the exact appointment date. Appointment was finally confirmed after my 2nd follow up. When the time came for appointment, nobody shows up. It is raining and i took off work for the appointment, thats why i confirmed twice the time. If potential customers are treated this way, can only imagine what actual customers have to go through for a call out.

On Monday, 24 June 2021 just before 10am - your admin ladies based at your Plumstead branch (3 of them caucasian) sitting outside smoking when one of them flip a still lit cigarette almost in my face while I approached the stairs. When I approached her, she was very unapologetic and doesnt seem to care and so was her colleagues that was with her.. Is this the behaviour of your staff.. If yes? Then i would never recommend your company!!

I had a seizure early around 7pm. My niece 8 years old saw I was going funny and to call nanny for help. All at home were on their nerves and they pressed the panic alarm and literally Mr Wessel Wessels arrived quicker than a flying squad. His professionalism in assessing the situation was what I call going the extra mile for customer service. Princess nerves was finished and couldn’t think he went as far as assigning tasks for her and my darling children. WELL DONE I WILL USE THIS AS AN EXAMPLE TO THE STUDENTS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE! Hold to his skills these are scares in the industry.

They did not return my call

After several years of dealing with the generalized apathy, infighting and incompetence of major security companies, I reluctantly joined a meeting with Dylan and Tammy from Zone regarding street cameras. What immediately stood out was their willingness to intently listen to our communities fears & concerns. The response was a rare blend of personal and unrelenting professionalism. What I appreciated was the frankness, flexibility and responsiveness to some tricky and complex dilemmas. They were clear that they were not going to compromise on quality. The team was thorough, adaptable and brought our community together in the most wonderful way. We are totally BLOWN AWAY and totally ZONED IN!!!!

Very good monitering service. They call you within seconds of the alarm going off

Ive just swooped over to Zone in the last month and they have already caught a guy trying to break in. Their alarm activation call is within a minute or two. They are polite and professional. Keep up the good work guys. Im so happy I have them on board for my security.

We are still waiting for technical to come out to resolve our problem since the 14th of July. Empty promises. Not the service I hoping to get. Made an appointment for the 23rd of July for 13:00. No one pitched, no call, no email to apologise or resechulde. Not very professional. The customer service went flying out the window. Thanks again Carol!

Rude, unhelpful phone staff on Saturday afternoon 7 March. When a woman is alone in an industrial area it is not safe & this service is being paid for, help should be offered not the phone slammed down.

Over the last 20 years, I have utilised the services of numerous security companies including some of the big names in the business.
