We currently moved into the neighbourhood and at 3am I heard a noise in my backyard. Checked my camera and saw a guy creeping around. Called the tableview police department and before I could put my takkies on you guys rocked up with two response vehicles. Best part is that we arent even monitored by star! The guys that came to our help were so professional and helpful that we are going to get an alarm and have you guys protect us. Thank you for your service.

Called Star Alarms on two occasions.They promised phone calls and emails.Received neither.Very unprofessional, seems as though they are not interested.Pity, because there is a wonderful message about Star, while you wait!!The problem seems to be Accounts or reception or both.They subsequently contacted me through this website and requested my phone number.Two weeks later, after three phone calls, and a poor rating on this website, they still have not bothered to reply!!!!How do these people do business?

We are doing renovations to our house and asked a speedy service to repair our alarm system damaged by the renovations. They were fully booked till early March but then fitted us in yesterday. Their staff always professional - a great job and security company.

I would like to commend one of your armed response guys, Johan. Friday morning at 2 am the 3 meter fish tank in the lounge burst and flooded our home, in turn tripping the electricity. Johan was the armed response who came out to assist me and went over and beyond his call of duty. He helped move cupboards, sorting out all the wet plugs to get the electricity back on again and helped cleaning and vacuuming up the flooding as well as saving some of the fish! Tonight 8pm we saw a motorbike that nicked a car and the car driver/bystander was aggressive towards the biker. I pulled off the main road, googled security blouberg and decided to phone Star. They were just about accross the road from the accident and came to assist. It was very impressive to see a few of their cars appear with flashing lights. We left as they looked like having things under control. Very impressed that they took action without asking if we are clients of them!!

Thanks to the 3 guys who stood by my sister and me a few weeks ago! We were in a bumper bashing accident with very shady Tanzanian people who tried bribing us and also yelled very disrespectful things at us. They knew we didnt feel save and also told the other party involved that bribing is a federal offense. STAR RAPID RESPONSE accompanied us to the police station, boxing in the other car, after it tried to drive off. They were very suspicious looking and STAR RAPID RESPONSE took this very seriously. YOU STAYED WITH US THE WHOLE TIME AND MADE US FEEL SAVE!
