I’ve used multiple alarm apps over the years, including the official Paradox apps, and I can honestly say nothing remotely compares to Olarm! It’s brilliant! Olarm is by far the most user friendly and STABLE app out there with all the features you need.. you are always able to connect, first time, without issue no matter where you are. The whole family finds it super simple to use, with loads of valuable info like power on/off display during load shedding been great! Allowing your alarm technician to troubleshoot your alarm not even coming to your house, awesome. Definitely buy Olarm! Best alarm product out there!

Olarm is a brilliant solution with endless features. The feature which I think sets it apart is that it gives you complete control and the ability to manage multiple alarms and multiple users on the app. They keep innovating and adding useful, user friendly features. I installed the device myself and it was a simple plug and play- simple yet effective!

Awesome device if you want to super charge your alarm. This has given me the insight into my alarm system and also the ability to monitor the effectiveness of my armed response company. Highly recommended for a business or home

The app has really taken the worry out of our alarms. Can arm and disarm from anywhere anytime. No more grumpy neighbours because of false alarms while we are away. Love it!

The Olarm app is life changing, however Im struggling with the website not being geared to offer support to existing customers but more to entice new customers to join. My app is down & its night time, I cannot find a trouble shoot solution on your website on what to do or how to fix it. Details about an update to the app were sent months ago as well & nothing has since been communicated after exciting new features were promised. The website also jumps around & layout gets mashed up when you try to type a query so you cant see what youre typing once you are ready to send through. I think the above needs some attention to make this experience better.

Iv had this app for over a year. Every time the wind picks up I am unable to establish a connection, this causing lost time in the app (unable to view log during this down time) this can go for a period of 30 - 40 minutes . I had to have remotes added for an alternative to turning alarm on and off. I would not recommend this as a primary function to activate and deactivate the alarm system.
