Probably one of the worst experiences Ive had so far with a security company. Very quick to try sign you up but any snags and no one gets back to you or returns your calls. Unhelpful and unprofessional, dealt with Keenan.

Was having lunch at a cafe with my wife when a guard delivering money walks up to me an shout Move! I move my chair out of the way and then he rams me with the cash trolley and starts hurling profanities at me. When I asked him why he is behaving like that, his colleague points a riffle at me. Totally unacceptable and criminal behavior.

Excellent service received from the Hemingways Mall Security officer Xaxa. I accidentally left my plastic bags in a trolley closer to the parking lot, and only realised that it was missing when i got home. I called in and spoke to that lady she assured me that she will look at cctv and call me back. Luckily she saw that one of the Checkers trolley potter took it and went home with it accidentally. She was back and forth with that lady to bring back the parcel, which she did give it back. She is well trained, mannered and believes that it is her duty to secure the mall. With that attitude she will go a long way.

South Africa has not changed at all. Apartheid and racism is still the order of the day. Do not give a black man a job with a gun in his hand ... all of a sudden he acts like a demon.Today I went to Shoprite at Langa Taxi Rank with my two grand kids and my son to assist with groceries when a terrible incident happened. I left my grand kids in front of Shoprite so that I can watch them whilst in the que to the Absa ATM inside the shop when a Fidelty van pulled up to service the ATM. The black guard was so rude and abusive to my grand kids and took my groceries and threw it away from the door whilst using the foulest of language.My son intervened and all of a sudden the guard attacked my son , beating him with the gun and tried to push him under an oncoming car.My son then tried to report the incident to the white driver who was even more abusive and threatening!When inside the shop the two of them turned on me because I took down the vans details. The white driver threatened to have me arrested for attempted robbery when I confronted them.He than shut down the ATM just because I refused to leave the que and shop.The saddest part is that people witnessed the whole scenario and they laughed at us... now I am wondering, is it because we are a coloured family being abused by a black fool with a gun and a brain dead white man ??

Very bad service from Fidelity Vredenburg, we arranged for 6 guards in total for the weekend only got 2, spoke to their supervisor, Conradt who promised to find out what was going on, never heard from him again or the guards. Really pathetic!!!!

They have to be the most difficult company to get hold of, I hope someone has a telephone number for me. Heaven help me in an emergency?
