I had an incident with one of there reaction officer. I was very upset. I even had the owner phoned me. I got even more upset and dropped the call. I was that upset. The owner did not give up and kept calling. I took the call. Let me put it this way. The professionalism of the owner on how she handled the whole situation. Wow is all I can see. I take my hat off to her. She had me calmed down is about 60 seconds. Let me have my say without interrupting me. Then took control of the call. Explained everything so I could understand, even went over a few things. I was in shock on how she handled the whole event. They do not have enough stars up here on your service and company.Thanking you for a brilliant service

On the 9th of august approximately about 20h00 my friend contacted the control room as remote wasnt working. Immediately Carla contated Chantal and arranged for a security officer to come and have a look at remote. Officer arrived and sorted out problem. But what was amazing that he offered to go and collect my other remote if the problem couldnt be solved. Carla contacted chantal to find out if problem was solved and had a joke saying system was keeping her hostage on womans day. THANK YOU FOR SUCH GREAT SERVICE.

Absolute disregard for public or people. Was almost run off the road by one of their vehicles. While it moved into oncoming traffic endangering even more people , proceeded to do it a couple more times before turning off Bottleray on Saturday 25th about 11:50. Have a photo of the vehicle too.I dont care what was happening you do endanger the public ...
