They have lured me in to a contract and said that they do not charge annual licencing fees. They then mailed me that they will deduct annual licencing fees from my bank account. I contacted them and told them if that is the case I will end my contract with them. They came to collect their radio and charged me for a radio that is not even in my possession anymore. Be careful they will paint one picture just to lure you. This company cannot be trusted in this regard. To me this is criminal and fraud.They also deducted money of my account 2 months after cancellation.

They do not respond to alarm going off. A neighbours alarm was going off, while they were out for days and I had to call Byers myself and logged a Noise complaint with the city, before something was done. When Byers was called I was told they know about it and there is a faulty sensor, WHEN ASKED WHAT THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT, THE RESPONSE, NOTHING SIR!!!! OMG....😤

Poor service very unprofessional miss using o power

Parking motor vehicles on a pedestrian pavement is still a traffic violation in South Africa. Obviously Byers Security only enforce the law they want to!And this is outside a school. For shame!!!

They broke our gate & still waiting on them to replace itSo not very impressed with them

They leave the gate open which leaves a little alarm going - softly but consistently. Security personnel not interested in dialogue. HQ not available for feedback. Not sure this is a company that places priority on service?

I just had a bad expirience with one of your security here at sassa building in cape townI asked him to charge my phone and gave him my chargerlater when i come to get my phone he gave me my phone and not the charger I was in a hurry to fill up papers . so I came back to get my charger and he told me he cant find it i must come the next day. i did and told me on monday i came today and found hi supervisor who was very rude I must say . she tells me its my own fault I lost the charger yet no one told me they not allowed to charge for me . so which makes me wonder if they took it as a pay back cause he asked me to pay him and I said I dont have money and he kept insisting . now my charger have vanished yet other chargers are still there
