Horrible Security company. I am in Stellenbosch and decided to try them out. They are so bad I had to go back to ADT. Never get your alarm signal. Then their system does not work during power failures. My alarm went off last night,they called and I requested a armed response vehicle to come out and I am still waiting. Reported a technical issue on my alarm 2 months ago and Im still waiting for the technician to pitch up. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this company. No proffesiolism and definitely bad at keeping appointments

The lady at longlands estate Stellenbosch is very rude to people of color especially foreign ones. Speaks in Afrikaans and asks for work permits as if she is an employer and again which is NOT her duty as backed by their offices. She is only supposed to ask for I. Ds not work permits etc. That was very out of bound. Then again she lets her enthic group to go in by just saying out their identity numbers. Very wrong! She doesnt even know what a work permit is to start with or how it even looks and to my surprise foreign nationals when she is not on duty they are allowed to go in with their passports. You need to solve this!!

Great security company in weatern cape. Office in strand and Cape Town. Well trained quards and well equiped fleet.

In 2 weeks we press the panic button 6 times . NO ONE phoned or come out to our premises. We also press the panic button on Sunday , again no one contact us. We phoned AM Security and spoke with Chantelle she said she will send an email on Monday we still wait …. SHOCKING

Despite calling them everyday, they havent serviced the biometric machine. Its been almost a month since weve been following up with them and still no action. These guys are TERRIBLE with NO SERVICE.
