My experience with this business was not pleasant.The reason for me coming to this business was because of all the good reviews.I paid for my designs the 26 August 2021 and was told I would receive it 31st August 2021 and was told my designs were being worked onI had to always follow up on my order and was understanding at first but each time was met with excuses.Finally I got my order almost 2 months later and one of my items were missing I contacted the business regarding this and they said I messed up but the item was on my invoice.They delivered it to me without saying anything and just slid it in my mailbox.Please see pictures attached of the work. How can I sell my products with these labels?The wording is also incorrect and I have previously advised that its not shapooing but shampooing. The soap box was also purchased by this business and the label they printed is bigger than the actual box. How am I going to give this to my customers.The labels that were just slid in my mail box had none of my business information on.I think this is subject for a refund.Almost 2 months and this is the end product.
