They are a honest small business and if any one has anything bad to say about this small business, please think again, we are all suffering during this bad pandemic, rather sort it out with the owner instead of naming and shaming any small business. I took my printer in for repairs about a month ago.The paper was not feeding in from the tray. It looks like a makeshift cottage industry when you get to the house. They also seem to provide a beautician service, dont know whether its the same people. You leave your machine on the floor outside and when you go away they collect it. Im not at all a threatening looking person but that is strange behaviour for a business. They charged quite a large amount just to clean the rollers and something else. It worked for a while and now its doing the same thing. I dont know whether they have an actual trained technician or whether they make it up as they go along.
