I have been using the Poolman for the past 10 years or so and have had nothing but exceptional service. I have an old fibreglass pool which Poolman relined a few years ago and have enjoyed wonderful service and avice with issues minor to major. I would recommend without hesitation.

My mother paid over R7500 to have her pool pump sorted out (replace seals, new sand, new chlorinator etc) however they didnt connect the chlorinator correctly when they finished. The pool went green and they refused to come back and see why the pool was green. They also replaced the pump lever handle, that changes between the functions, with a broken handle that hurts her hands. Theyve ignored her numerous requests to fix these issues. Given my moms advanced age Im extra annoyed by their behaviour.
