Ive been using them for nearly 4 years now with very little issues. The guys are knowledgeable and helpful. If you shop around you can get better prices generally speaking for call out, labour and parts on small to medium sized jobs .. This is obviously my experience for a few jobs Ive required, hence only 4 stars. That said when I do use them I have very little come backs. Ive recommended them to friends and will continue doing so. Thanks

Ive used this pool shop for over 20 years from its original owner who sadly passed on.Prior to being in this building, they were in another premise but that was long ago.Service are excellent and for the last few years Tienie has been the in store technician, ensuring that my pool stays perfect.

Their prices are good, advice and service spot on and helpful. If you have a tricky problem with your pool these are the guys to consult. I rather drive an extra 20km to pool city than get ripped off close to home.

Friendly staff and swift service. Sad to see its not open on a Sunday throughout the year. Went past this morning and was not the only car to turn away because you were closed. Missing out on lots of opportunities as many people do DIY and home maintenance on Sundays.

Terrible service. Requested assistance with a call out last week. No one shows. Requested another call out after an apologetic response and guess what another no show. It is inconsiderate and rude to have no respect of peoples time. My father in law waited at the house for close to an hour. This is absolutely shocking

Service is appalling - every time we phone to enquire about the progress on my chloronator get told someone will call back and they never do! They took my chlorinator away over a month ago and still nothing. After many phone calls, twice was told they were coming the next day, I waited home the whole day and no-one showed up, not even a phone call to apologise or explain. If you need a pool company then they are definitely not the ones to use they are useless!

I have received nothing but bad service from them. They are extremely bad at communication and especially when it comes to account information. Dont want to help in any way shape or form. Spare yourself the pain and never ever use this company.
