This place is absolutely amazing! My boy enjoyed every bit of this place. The staff are also very friendly and the food was absolutely delicious!! Will definitely go back again.

There is a lot of stuff to keep young kids busy here. Multiple play areas with a variety of equipment, fountains and scooters, even a zip line. Food is not fancy but good and reasonably priced, but expect a very long wait for it.

Great facilities, your child can play while you watch them. Indoor and outdoor play areas but they are both secure. Great service from the ladies, they were very friendly. The food is very affordable and good considering the price you pay. I would 100% recommend this place.

The kids loved this place. They were going non stop on the little zip line. There are plenty play rooms and outdoor facilities.I loved it, AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME

The Kids Shack is a hidden gem that we happened to stumble across. My kids loved exploring the indoor play areas but especially loved playing in the water fountains outside. The coffee was good and the time spent there was reasonably priced. We will definitely be back again.

If youre looking for a place to let your little angel run free while sitting and enjoying your coffee all the while keeping an eye on him/her, this is the place. Things to know, theres water and a zip line (some kids are bound to get knocked if they cross the sliding line).

This place was fun and I enjoyed being there with my little princess to celebrate her friends 2nd birthday.lots of colorful rooms for the kids to play with but my princess loved the water fountains outside.

They made some changes since last i was there. Which included a slide and trampoline. However the place does need a full upgrade and better placement of the putt putt etc. The cement floor has holes which children could fall and trip. My son scrapped his toe open because of the uneven floor. Staff werent friendly and dont supervise children instead just sit at the entrance and its probably because they are understaffed. Parking is terrible and not really catered for as its so far to walk with small children from the parking they advise to the venue. My kids enjoyed themselves although leaving with a few scratches. The price is affordable however I rather they upgrade and charge a little extra as there arent great indoor play parks in Southern suburbs. I would rather drive further and pay more then go back there.

Lots of open space. Soft play area is nice. However, putt putt area has lots of trip hazards and park area made me a bit nervous (2yr old boy). Good for parties for 5yr old kids though.

We spent 2.5 hours here, my two boys 2 and 4 years of age had loads of fun inside and outside. It is fun playing with the fountains and racing on the bike. In door there is different rooms for all ages. Some drinks, food and snacks available. Bathrooms are clean and small toilets too for the small ones.Friendly staff and great space. We left with two very happy boys!

My Daughters 4th Birthday Party was on Sunday i was not happy that the venue was understaffed with no supervision on the activities (the parents had to supervise the entire time)We shared the venue with another childs 5th Birthday but there were many older children present at the childs party who were utilizing the childrens play area making it very uncomfortable for the little ones.They were allowed to eat and drink beverages on the slide and throughout the venue with shoes on throughout the soft play area and on the trampoline almost colliding a few times with some toddlers, they hogged some of the games and their was no Kids Shack staff to handle this !On a lighter note amazing coffee ,the Venue is Clean, Toilet Facilities clean games and activities all In working order, they decorated the themed party beautifully and the Mickey Mouse themed cake was delicious .

My boys aged 5yrs and 8yrs went today and had an absolute ball. They loved it. They had lunch, snacks, muffins, cooldrinks and delicious coffees. After 3hrs, they still didnt want to leave. Take extra clothing and a towel as they have a water fountain which is loads of fun.

Nice equipment and fun for kids, but terrible signage and patronising security guard to boot.

Waste of time and money. The new venue gives off orphanage vibes, its colourless and lacks life. Too many rooms makes it difficult for a parent to sit down. The old venue was much better and the coffee was hot there unlike the cold cappuccino we were served.

I requested a quote via email to make a booking for a party. Four days later still no reply, i then called and the lady answering said they would reply within 2 days. Four days later still no reply. I called again and was told i would get the quote the same day. 2 days later again still no reply.very disappointing and seriously considering not to have my sons party here anymore, if replying to an email take this long, then what service can expect?!

I just love taking the boys there.The ball pond needs a more frequent clean cause on the visit the boys had itching bites... The potholes needs to be filled as well. The children can easily twist their ankles. Oh and the windows needs to be open please.. No aircon, I dont mind. Natural air/ventilation is better.. Open it... Hence my 3... I am going back.. 1 place a parent can relax and enjoy a cuppa

The Kids Shack is a child friendly indoor play area with loads of activities. A soft play area for smaller kids, jungle gym, racing car circuit for push bikes, slides and even putt putt. A separate coffee shop with light eats makes this an adult friendly place as well. They also offer hosting of childrens parties at a good rates. Definitely worth a visit.

Nothing like shown in pictures on website. Definitely needs an upgrade! Literally every bike or toy my little boy picked up was broken or very dirty. For an establishment that charges for kids to play there, they could replace broken toys or invest in better quality toys that wont break as easily with all the children playing with them? My boy still enjoyed getting out but as parents we werent very impressed at all!

Sweet little indoor play area. My kids loved it but it would be been less enjoyable if it were busy, the space is fairly limited. Some truly healthy vegan, gluten and sugar free snack options would be appreciated.

I had my son’s 4th Birthday at The Kids Shack on Saturday. What an excellent venue for a 4 year old! I had never been before (I believe the zip line and slides are new additions) it was an adventurous playground for all the children - easier play areas for the not so confident, the zip line, a wonderful round track for a variety of vehicles. Just all round good entertainment for all the children. Clean venue, friendly staff - it was a pleasure. I think it helped that we were the only Birthday that morning - but still amazing!

Its spacious enough for a troop of kids. It gives a great outdoor park feel without the sunburn. Parents can sit back and enjoy snacks and coffee from the coffee shop too. I honestly cant think there are negative reviews here. Its for kids, not adults, and so far my kid and his friends dont have a complaint.

What a wonderful indoor play are for kids. A friend hosted her childs party there an the kids enjoyed every but of it. There are toys for boys and little play kitchens for girls . A small barricaded area for 6 to 18 months where they can play safely away from the bigger kids.

Spacious with lots of ventilation (fans incl.) so not stuffy. Has an outdoor feel with wooden jungle gyms, putput course and bike track with cute road signs. Equipment is clean and in excellent condition. Friendly staff too. Will definitely go back!

My kids had an absolute blast here. Theres a zip, huge trampoline and endless fun for kids. Its safe and parents can relax ship kids play.

What a brilliant atmosphere, lovely play equipment, super coffee / snack facilities, good supervision, friendly & organised staff, bright venue, clean toilets. A wonderful spot for my 3,5yr old son to expend energy with other kids in an enclosed, secure, indoor, fun environment in a blustery Cape Town day. (I think this is a Southern Suburbs moms & kids gem!)

We walked in and walked out. They were open to the public yet construction was happening where the kids where supposed to be playing. Was not happy as there was no notice about the construction before you go in and they expected kids to play under open hanging ceiling panels and ride between scaffolding. Not cool.

I love a place where kids can play and enjoy themselves but theres no parking, no securing...No medical support for children. 2 toilets for the entire area. No baby change area.

When you book yr birthday party for your child make sure you get the right place that was allocated and showen to you we had our grandsons 1st Birthday there it was the wrong place they set up his party packs and I pland accordingly where I wanted to place the extra food we bought for the parents and I was very unhappy .It was told that one off the staff members made a mistake and she was on leave.and I think the back ground need a face lift when u take pictures.
