Thank you Russell! I am a mom who lives in Durban, my son is a student in Observatory who recently got quite sick. I emailed the script to Lifestyle Pharmacy tried to do an instant payment but my bank was sending me errors - when I called to ask if I can give my card details, I was told that their main concern is the health of my son. I made a normal payment and before even doing so his medication was delivered. Its so rare to find companies that genuinely care, never mind provide such excellent service with such integrity. As someone on chronic medication, Ive been around the block with pharmacies. Since choosing lifestyle as my go-to for my prescriptions, I can honestly say I feel at ease. The pharmacists there are fantastic. On a number of occasions, they have gone above and beyond their line of duty to help me get what I need. I have peace of mind knowing that I can rely on those guys when I need assistance, no matter the circumstances. The cashiers have always been warm and friendly as well. Somehow they manage to inject an appropriate level of humour even in the most morbid of times. Its really nice having to deal with such a lovely, caring group of people when youre dealing with your health.

Really old school friendly pharmacy, , two very knowledgeable pharmacists on duty , well stocked and you only need ask to order items you may not have found on the shelf

I did not appreciate how the nurse shouted out my medical issue for everyone in the pharmacy to hear when she wanted the staff to give me medication. It was very unprofessional of her to do so. The staff is always friendly and helpful though.

So very grateful for this pharmacy. Needed a script filled during lockdown and not only did they assist on the same day, they were kind enough to deliver. Kind, friendly and efficient service. Thank you

The nurse is available between 16:00 - 18:00 on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Expect to stand in queues any time after 15:30 on a weekday. Pharmacists and staff are extremely friendly.

I’ve been coming to Mr.Vassen for about 5 years now. I can’t fault the service I get here. Always friendly, kind and happy to help. It’s busy as usual, so go off peak hours if you’re in a hurry.
