Poor after sales and follow up on repairs. Team returned twice after many complaints only to patch poor work which resulted in further cracking and plaster falling off. Stoep now leaning towards one side and suspect original foundation was poor. Leaking sand through cracks in wall of stoep. Will have to get a professional company to rebuild stoep as these guys dont know what they are doing. They use sub contractors who promised that they would return to see if their repairs would hold but never returned. Wont use them again.

Asked for a quote, they came to measure, but never gave a quote... Filled the online contact form again, but no response....

From the first meeting I was impressed by the professionalism and, quick and efficient service of Q-Pave. All meetings were scheduled at my convenience. They also came in cheaper than all my other quotes. The finished paving was of a high standard and all rubble neatly cleared away. I am very satisfied with the result.

Was highly impressed by the friendly service, and also the beautiful job done. They were the only company that said they could use red half-bricks to match my original driveway (at a competitive price) and they went above and beyond, redoing some of the original driveway so the join is seamless. Very impressed.

I have been waiting for a quote since the 25 June 2020. I followed up with Grant and he said that hes sorry and he will be sending it soon. I am still waiting. I went to do the quote with someone else and the whole job is done.

Asked Q-pave for a new quote ( not a new client of theirs ) on paving and cladding for our house bur not sure what we want to do except we want our front perimeter walled cladded. Paving whole area way to expensive as we want to stay another 2 years in current house so asked quotes on cleaning 190 square meters and resealing came to R 19 000.00 . Whole area paved came in at R 80 000.00.Cladding price at R 13500.00 for 22 square meters.My wife and I decide to go ahead with cladding and then decide which route to go with paving but want to make house look better.Andre contacted me this morning and asked for any news on quotes so I said they can go ahead with cladding as I want that done.He replied that price was quoted as an add on work that why so low .I lost it and told him that I am not interested at all anymore and put phone down .PLEASE ENSURE THEY EXPLAIN THIS TO YOU WHEN THEY SIT IN YOUR LOUNGE AND PROVIDE YOU WITH QUOTE IN WRITING.
