Good friendly service with great products. But with my last attempted visit I was asked to sign in at the entrance boom in the road. I did not have the time to go through this time wasting process, so I turned around. I hope you do not lose more clients because of this.

Please be cautious for false guarantees. We recently built a house with a concrete slab roof. We bought the waterproofing materials from Midas Paints/Earthcote in Somerset West, which came with a guarantee. Their representative was on site the day when we applied it to make sure it was applied corrently. Needless to say, six months later when the rains started, water started seeping through the slab. We have tried for over a year now to get them to honour their guarantee. They came back now with all kinds of excuses in their reports saying why they are not responsible. None of which were mentioned before the application. Besides, as mentioned, their representative was on site to oversee the procedure. This has been a very frustrating experience which also has resulted in damages, to furniture and carpeting.
