Most useless company I’ve ever come across, they can’t even answer a call when you call. I was “first on the line” when I called for about 6 minutes with no one answering the phone. I had to call Johannesburg head office to get assistance while I’m in Cape Town. I then looked at their reviews and I was not surprised, it explained it.

This is such an unorganised company to deal with. I have used their wall and all product for years but unfortunately due to their bad customer service I will not deal with them anymore. Now it is hallo Sabre paints.With their bad qualty of service I hope they go bang.

Worst service possible, extremely hard to get through to any phone line, staff not knowledgeable and constantly redirected me another person. All I need is to find out where I can buy Plascosafe products in the Cape Town area. Very frustrating.

Worst service ever. Nobody phones you back. Nobody is ever available.
