Good service and never disappointed

If I could give less than one star, I would!On Thursday, 14th February 2019, I purchased a product from this company to clean out clogged pipes due to hair. I specifically stated it is to pour down a basin with plastic pipes. I was sold a drain cleaner. I asked again if this will damage my pipes, but was assured it will not. Well guess what, melted pipe. Not only did the owner undermine my intelligence by pointing out it is common sense, but also refuses to fix the pipe. Looking for all sorts of excuses, continuing to make me out as incompetent. As someone who does not work with these chemicals and have no knowledge of how to use them, I came to this establishment in order for them to advise me on the best form of action, and now I have a melted pipe and acid water under my basin.
