Had a run in with supervisor and presumably owner/manager. No visible warning signs stating safetywear or visible notices stating NO ENTRY. Enters a container to assist removal of the wood I had purchased and had the 2 of them screaming at me regarding NO ENTRY........almost smacked the 2 of them back to the ice age!!!!

Poor, making a customer wait. If I customer does not take I initiative to ask where they need to go and who to speak to then you will end up waiting forever. There is no customer waiting area. You actually stand in between pallets, the workers actually work around you moving stacked pallets with the hyster. Hazardous environment for a customer. No one asks what you here for or what you need. No assistance. I ordered 10 pallets and waited 45 minutes was told to wait when I repeatedly asked who am I to ask for assistance and where do I bring my bakkie for the loading of the order I placed. I had to wait as workers first needed to clear a very messy and unorganized space before assisting me. There was a customer wanting to order 100 pallets and was ignored and told to wait too whether its 1 or 100 you do not do this. You are chasing customers away. Its like they have no regard for others time. . So poor service. Im not saying the quality of the pallet is bad. That I can say is worth the buy however the poor service is what makes me not want to purchase at Cape pallet again. Fix this whoever oversees this part of the business.
