Popped in yesterday for some packaging and was helped by Andrew who went out of his way to provide the best customer service I have ever experienced. Had email contact with Madeline who was also extremely helpful and communicative. Really a perfectly run business with excellent staff.

I made an order on Thursday I received my package today. I’m very at how fast the shipping was. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

For all your packaging requirements and much more. Parking is plentiful, as you can park across the street on an empty lot if parking on the premises is full. They have got a deli for scrumptious light meals inside too.

Absolutely fantastic.Everything under one roof and very friendly and efficient staff.

Before even being able to set foot in the store properly, received rude service from the person at the front entrance. The door was closed, walked in and was not greeted by the people standing at the counter, so made way to the small table with papers and a santizer bottle on it to spray our hands. Person at the front half turns around, and says impatiently and rudely, Can you wait over there please. So now stuck with the door half open, ask if should santize our hands. Wait over there please in the same curt tone, while not even turning properly to address us. Not a good impression to make with potential customers. I walked away without making a purchase.

A wide range of party supplies, stationery and even more! With good value and good service too. Bought a defective item but was pleasantly surprised by the friendly customer service representative and the easy exchange process.

This is a review for the coffee shop. We always used to go for lunch and have the glutenfree/banting toasted sandwiches pre COVID.The food was always top notch and delicious.We went yesterday, the first time since covid began. I have Celiac Disease and my daughter has a gluten sensitivity.Other than the salads and potato chips, there was nothing we could eat. I thougt I would opt for the 100% beef patty and asked for it without the roll. Thinking that if it says 100% beef that should mean nothing is added (eg bread=gluten).The meal came but the patty had sauce on so I had to enquire what was in the sauce. The lady very kindly looked for me and told me the sauce had gluten in and then she told me that the patties are not 100% beef as it looks like they have oats or bread in. (According to her).So I asked if I could rather have a refund as I would not be eating it.Thank you to the lady who so kindly saved me a lot of pain.But please. Celiac Disease is a serious auto immune condition and is not about people being fussy. You need to make it known when things have gluten in that you are selling and not falsely advertise 100% even if 2% of that patty is a gluten filler, it needs to be stated and you cannot state it is 100% beef.

Unhappy with the disgusting service at the counter where a the teller decided she is a medical doctor. Left without buying anything after her awful attitude - and as your store is aware I was wearing a mask - which is why I was allowed in in the first place. Please dont insinuate otherwise

You can find almost anything here. Ribbon, packaging, paper, gift wrap, art supplies, envelopes you name it. They are a bit pricey with some items Id say. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. Great that they have a cafe in house so while you do your hobby shopping, you can get a great coffee or sarnie.

I have shopped here for many years. There is good reason why this place is constantly busy. From the parking attendant to the staff inside, everyone is helpful and friendly. Everyone goes out of their way to offer great service. The products on offer is so vast. You will find everything you need to make your own party packs, Christmas crackers, table decor, craft items, balloons. The list is endless. They also offer a personalized printing service. There is a wonderful coffee shop to refresh yourself after all that shopping. There is wheelchair accessible parking

They charged my an extra R50 after getting an invoice for my original order, it took so long for them ( 1 week for someone to say they are incharge of my order, 1 week to get the final invoice ( with an additional R50 attached)they truly have bad customer service skills... wouldnt recommend them or purchase from them again.

Love coming here for packaging goods. Pricing is really great. Staff is friendly and helpful. This place is like a discovery shop the more you walk around the more you discover.

One of the big names that should always be up the list when you think of packaging. It also gives a big range of party supplies and decorative items. You even find more than whats on your mind as you walk around looking. However its not always the cheapest as I have discovered by visiting other packaging suppliers.

They may be planning to take over the world😊 such a huge range of useful stuff and a print shop and coffee shop.

Beside from having such a wide variety of useful products, their prices are great! Far cheaper than any retail store I have walked into. I couldnt figure out how I was supposed to fold a box. I asked one of the staff if they could show me, and they were so helpful in showing me how to do it myself. What a friendly group of people working at Merrypak, as well as at the cafe. The coffee was great. I recommend Merrypak to anyone needing the products they offer.

Everything you need to make a party or a wedding successful. I didnt know about this place until a friend of mine referred me, I must say I was mesmerized when I walked in. There isnt anything party related you are not going to find. Their prices are very kind ;)

Merrypak has a great selection of craft materials, from ribbons, to packaging, to paint and decor kits. They are well priced and have friendly staff. They even have a coffee shop on site that serves light snacks and cake.

A gem for busy small business owners and crafty types! Early(ish) opening hours mean you can pop in on the way to the office, or grab a coffee whilst you wait. Staff are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. Bulk orders, exchanges and issues handled with ease. It’s not the cheapest, but the convenience makes me look the other way at the till ;)

Merripak is situated on Morningside Street in Ndabeni. This place is a party planners paradise. They stock artist tools and equipment. Every conceivable box and packaging you will find here. They have glassware of every kind and kitchen accessories. For childrens parties there are character toys and helium balloons. Parking is ample come early. Their on site restaurant serves amazing breakfasts and lunch. Hugely popular.

This place is an absolute gem for small businesses, birthday gifts or even the arts and crafts enthusiast.There are complete product range has a huge amount of choice, and if they don’t have it they will do their best to source it for you. They also have a little cafe that serves sandwiches and coffee, affordable and quick.

Nice products they sell for bdays and weddings etc also artistic stuff like painting or knitting and containers. Also they have a nice small restaurant after you been on your feet for a while and just want to sit down and have a coffee or something to eat. Mocachino was delightful.

If you have anything that you want to package in any way then this is the store for you. They have so many different beautiful packages and even an art section and kiddies birthday party section too. Go fill up some helium balloons there as well.

Merrypak is the go to place for anything to do with arts and crafts! If they dont have it, it is likely unavailable. Quite pricey, but that is the cost of convenience.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Was told to wait for Madeline who would take me to the showroom, the person came back and said the lady is busy with someone, after waiting for my turn someone came back to tell me that the Madeline is not on the premises and not sure if she will come back today at 10. 53 am really. I love this company, its enegetic staff and wonderful nick nacks and party accessories. The selection of ribbons and DIY boxes for parties and gifting are beyond compare and prices are very resonable. The restuarant is convenient with simple selection of light meals. Having a loyalty card is essential and on top of this you still get a rebate.

A treasure trove for art and craft, the cafe is also worth a visit.
