Look nice whilst they work but arm broke off in less than a year and they said it was normal wear and tear so did not offer to replace them. Not worth the money

I had awesome service from the Waterfront branch. My frame broke and they replaced it free of charge.

I have quite a few of these readers and EVERYONE of them has broken and split on the frames. I have returned and received new pairs and still they break. Now this month i go in and complain about the latest pair bought now in JAN 18 and they tell me it was not a factory fault- it was me that broke it- really? How do you work that out- its a reader on the bed side table so how do you reckon i broke it? I become the villain now and they say its not a factory fault but my fault- dont waste your time and money with this brand- its cheap quality from China.

I had previously bought specs at the Reader and had very helpful service from the employees at the V and A store. However , having recently spoken with the owner of the company Joel Bloomberg, and receiving the most arrogant and rude attitude from him, I will certainly never buy from this company again.Its a pity a decent product should be represented by someone who has obviously never provided personal service to others. He behaves like a spoiled child and has no humility.
