Exceptional service from Dr Albertyn. His demeanor puts you at ease and he is interested in your ideas as to what you would like him to consider as options for treatment before advising you of what he would suggest. This is very reassuring as it allows you to make an informed decision.

I was in his rooms for barely 10min left crying... Dr Schwartz rather told me to go to Tygerberg hospital and wait the 3 months... Even though im on a good medical aid...when i asked him if i needed a referral letter he just said tel them you were here never felt so low in my life ill never forget this day... Ill never go back there... What happend to giving your pasient all the help you can and not making them feel like theres no help left for them... He just decided that i had no money and needed a cheaper option...he seemed so irritated with me

When compared to the other gynaecologist Ive been to, Dr Schwartz does not ask relevant questions in making a diagnosis. He drags making a diagnosis and does not advise on what tests should be done in case of infertility. He also does not follow up on patients.
